Are Realtors Really Home Adivsors?

Home Advisor is a really nice website full of helpful information on companies that provide services for the homeowner.  From carpenters to fences and everything in between, if you need a service on your home, you can find people on Home Advisor.

They had a eye-catching ad on the television this morning that got me thinking - that is what we do in our office.  We are home advisor's.  Our office prides itself on working with buyers and sellers for all of their needs when buying or selling their property.  We have a laundry list of services we provide beyond the listing and selling of the home.

We are guides:

We guide them through the process of getting the home ready to sell.  Whether it be cleaning services, landscapers, builders, etc. we have contacts and resources to help our homeowners.

We are rescuers:

Often we get calls to help our sellers because they have locked themselves out, left for the weekend and forgot to turn out a light, or various other things that happen when they have their home on market.  We come to their aid and take care of businesses when they need us.
